Return Policy for Large Items

At Vego Garden, we understand that sometimes there are situations where a return is needed. This return policy specifically addresses the return process for large items, defined as single products that ship on one or more pallets.

Eligibility for Return

Customers have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of large items. Items must be undamaged, in the original packaging, and include all original parts.

Packaging Your Return

Items must be secured in their original packaging such that they will not shift in transit. Items do not need to be placed onto the original pallet or shrink-wrapped. Items should be grouped in an area accessible to the shipping carrier for pickup (free of overhangs, outside of any structures, etc.) Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in additional fees, rejection of your return and/or a reduction of your refund amount. Return Shipping Costs

Vego Garden subsidizes the cost of both outbound and return shipping. The return shipping cost to you as the customer will match the cost that you paid for outbound shipping when your item was ordered.

Replacement Policy

Replacements will be issued after the returned product has been received by Vego Garden and has passed a quality verification check. This process typically takes 5 business days or less from the date we receive the returned item. Once verification is processed your replacement item will be sent as quickly as possible.
