If you purchased your Vego Kitchen Composter directly from Vego Garden at Vego.com or Vegogarden.com, you can return it within 90 days of delivery. A proof of purchase is required. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund via your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, after we receive the returned item.
If 90 days have passed since you received the product, we cannot offer a refund or return. However, your purchase is still covered by our 1-year limited warranty, which includes replacements for any defects or malfunctions that fall within the warranty scope.
